A land of gastronomy, the Ardèche is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Our chef, Maître Restaurateur, proposes traditional cookingthat gives pride of place to freshly picked vegetables from our vegetable garden. The menu renewed to the rhythm of the seasons highlights traditional Ardèche recipes such as abomasum or game during hunting season.
Homemade desserts are also linked to the seasons: variations of fruit and Valrhona chocolate... Made on site, the cooking of our chef is a tribute to the Ardèche area and is accompanied by a pleasant selection of carefully selected wines. . A list that not only gives pride of place to renowned winemakers (Chapoutier, Jaboulet) but also to promising young winemakers.
For lunch, between 12 and 1:30 pm and in the evening, between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm, you will be served in one of our two contemporary-style rooms or on the summer terrace.
